1. Hypermesh
- Must be an expert in Shell and Tetra meshing.
- Must have meshed complex CAD geometries for automotive plastic & BIW parts
2. Solvers
- Hands on experience in Ls-Dyna tool and Dyna based quasi-static and dynamic simulations.
- Expertise in Ls-Dyna best practices for convergence and model debugging.
- Should have proven knowledge in different kinds of boundary conditions and outputs for LS Dyna based FEMs. Working knowledge of Dyna interfacing best practices. Including LS Pre-post /LS- opt.
- Working knowledge of Ls-Dyna material data cards for sheet metal and plastics.
